These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ba4444 ("ba4444", "we", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any section of the ba4444 website at ba4444.app, placing any wager, or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through ba4444, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash and instant games, promotional offers, and any customer support interactions. Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific promotions or game types and will be communicated at the relevant point of participation.

ba4444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Where changes are material, ba4444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using ba4444 and contact [email protected] to request closure of your account.

Access to ba4444 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ba4444 enforces a strict 18+ policy on all accounts. Players who cannot demonstrate they are aged 18 or above will have their accounts suspended and any funds held pending investigation.
• You are accessing ba4444 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ba4444 is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of ba4444 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors, nor are you a close relative of any such person.
• You have not previously had a ba4444 account closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

ba4444 takes its age-verification obligations seriously. We may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or on a random ongoing basis. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in account suspension.

Parental Controls. If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned that a minor may be accessing ba4444 using your device or account, please contact your internet service provider or device manufacturer for guidance on parental control software. ba4444 recommends the use of filtering tools to restrict access to gambling content for minors.

To access the full range of ba4444 services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ba4444. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ba4444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. You must notify ba4444 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. ba4444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Account Ownership. ba4444 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any credit, winnings, or entitlements associated with it to any other person.

Know Your Customer (KYC). ba4444 conducts KYC verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by ba4444 as part of this process. KYC checks may be initiated at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time ba4444 deems it appropriate. Delays in providing KYC documentation will result in delays to withdrawal processing.

All financial transactions on ba4444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba4444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ba4444 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ba4444 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. ba4444 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• ba4444 targets a standard withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's own processing schedule and any additional verification requirements.
• ba4444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Currency. All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated in BDT. ba4444 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Declined Transactions. ba4444 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit or withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation. In such cases, ba4444 will notify the player and may request additional documentation.

ba4444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general bonus terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds — and any winnings derived from bonus funds — may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, the eligible games for wagering, and any game contribution percentages will be clearly stated on the individual promotion page.

General Bonus Conditions. The following general conditions apply to all ba4444 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one individual per household address, IP address, device, email address, payment method, and registered account.
• Bonuses may only be used for the purposes specified in the relevant promotion. Exploiting bonuses for purposes other than their intended use constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• ba4444 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected by the change.
• Bonus funds expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without notice.
• Where a player maintains both a cash balance and a bonus balance, wagers will be deducted from the cash balance first unless the game or promotion specifies otherwise.
• ba4444 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, employed betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or otherwise acted in bad faith in relation to a promotion.

Welcome Bonus. Details of the current ba4444 welcome bonus, including the maximum bonus amount, eligible deposit methods, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements, are available on the promotions page accessible after login. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player.

By using ba4444, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• Accurate Information. You will provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering and throughout your use of the platform. Providing false information, including falsifying your identity or age, is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Lawful Use. You will use ba4444 only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Personal Use Only. You will use your ba4444 account solely for personal recreational gambling and will not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including acting as a betting exchange or intermediary for third parties.
• Account Security. You will take all reasonable steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and will notify ba4444 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your account.
• Responsible Gambling. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and commit to gambling within your means. You agree to make use of ba4444's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• No Automation or Bots. You will not use automated systems, software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with ba4444 in a manner not sanctioned by the platform. This includes but is not limited to automated betting, screen scraping, and game exploitation.
• Compliance with Updates. You will review these Terms periodically and remain aware of any updates. Continued use of ba4444 following a revision to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba4444. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation. Attempting to defraud ba4444 or any other player, including by providing false identity documents, exploiting software errors, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Collusion. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live casino games, sports betting markets, or any tournament format.
• Money Laundering. Using ba4444 for the purpose of laundering money or proceeds of crime. ba4444 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and cooperates fully with law enforcement.
• Chargeback Abuse. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into ba4444. All disputed transactions will be investigated and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus Abuse. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, employing low-risk or mathematically risk-free betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in bad faith.
• Technical Exploitation. Exploiting glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities in ba4444's software. If you discover a technical error that results in unintended outcomes, you must stop play and report it to support immediately. Winnings derived from known software errors are void.
• Harassment. Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate communication with ba4444 staff or other users through any channel.

Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your ba4444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to processing a closure request, ba4444 will confirm your identity and settle any pending transactions. Remaining verified cash balances will be returned to your last known payment method subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or Closure by ba4444. ba4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or equivalent legal requirement directing ba4444 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed by ba4444 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at ba4444's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used for any gambling activity. Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. ba4444 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to prior written notification to the email address on file. If the balance falls to zero as a result of administrative fees, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support.
